A few days ago we were all wondering whether Abu Khabab had been kindly introduced to his maker by a missile attack in Pakistan. It appears to be so this time. Another one bites the dust.

    For various reasons, I’ve had a shitty day today: the worst in maybe five years. So this news is even more welcome today than it would be normally.

    Let’s hope his fate acts as a deterrent to any potential successors.

Then if that one fails, which is rare, I tell myself that when one door closes another one opens. That one’s always come true so far. Hey don’t feel so bad. Today my eldest offspring told me she was joining the Chair Force. Imagine the living hell she will suffer at the hands of my youngest spawn, the Marine.

    Thanks for the sympathy, BGG. Unfortunately, I will remember the event five years from now. It was the visitation clseo to me of one of the two things you can’t avoid, and it’s not April 15th.
