Sure, that’s exactly how I’d run a country. If I were seven years old. And insane.
If you’ve got a spare hour, the documentary Welcome to North Korea is well worth your time: http://www.jonhs.net/freemovies/welcome_to_north_korea.htm It was shot, mostly covertly, inside NK by a British filmmaker in 2001. It has to be one of the most surreal places on earth. Ever.
Also the book the Aquariums of Pyongyang is a good read.
NK is the car wreck you can’t look away from, isn’t it?
