The current Terrorism Focus (12/07/2006) from the Jamestown Foundation notes the al-Fajr Media Center (a terrorist propaganda agency) has started a high tech journal featuring the uses of technology for jihad. They specifically mention the recent call for scientists to aid the al Qaida jihad in Iraq.
